It's My Book Birthday! Her Colorado Cowboy releases everywhere today🎉plus some free books to celebrate and a FB takeover... The View From Here:
It’s here, it’s here!!🎉
Just a friend… You can purchase it directly from Harlequin in print or ebook at https://www.harlequin.com/shop/books/9781335460127_her-colorado-cowboy.html, or there are links on the right-hand side of that page to "Shop Other Retailers" I’m doubly excited as this is my debut book with Harlequin!!
I hope you love it. Please let me know, and if you do, I’d love it if you drop a review at Goodreads, Amazon, or your favorite bookseller to help others find it. (BTW - one early reader let me know about a printing issue that has since been resolved, but if you did get a copy with any incorrectly printed pages, be sure to let the good folks at Harlequin know and they’ll make it right.) Would you like to chat with me? Are you on Facebook?I'm going to be doing an author takeover day Tues Sept 2nd for the Hold the Spice. This Group Is Nice! Facebook sweet romance group It's my first Facebook takeover, so come join us and talk favorite book recommendations, cowboys, and more. It's all day, so drop in often! Meanwhile, can I interest you in some FREE sweet romance reads?No-Spice August Reads has over 50 authors offering free reading from excerpts (like mine for Her Colorado Cowboy) to full novels, just for signing up to the author’s newsletter. Click on the “August Reads” link above to go to the full promo. All the books were required to have no spice, but I can't personally vouch for these so double-check the descriptions to be sure.
Want a peek into my formative years here in Colorado?A huge family treat used to be an evening at the Flying W ranch for their supper show. A chuckwagon dinner (for hundreds of guests a night!!) on their 1400-acre cattle ranch, with singing cowboys providing the after-dinner entertainment. With that and my love of horses as a teen, is it any wonder I gravitated to writing western romance?
And while searching to see if there was any new Colorado cowboy news, I ran across this:
I don’t think this famous Remington painting is associated with Colorado (that I’m aware of), so I’m not sure why this site attached it to Colorado cowboys, but we do happen to have a framed poster of A Dash for the Timber in our home!
Did you know Harlequin has partnered with the CW to bring romance movies right to your home?Coming to the Big ScreenWe're counting down to the theatrical release of Harlequin original movie Montana Mavericks, coming to select U.S. theaters on August 26 and 27! (And also to the CW later.)
Other book news:Book two in the Tillacos Ranch Romance series is written and making its way through the publishing pipeline 🎉(And if you’re wondering, that’s Till - ah - cos … as in Costco.) Her Colorado Firefighter picks up with the middle brother at Tillacos Creek Ranch. A firefighter and a cowboy, what could be better?! And book three — with the oldest brother, Lane? Working on that one right now! Until next time, happy reading!
